2026 Valley Board Nominations

It is that time of year again. Time to establish the Board that will lead the VOTHG through 2026. This is your opportunity to nominate yourself or other individuals you feel can help lead and support the Valley OTHG through the 2026 Race Season.
*Please remember that each nomination must be seconded and accepted by the nominated party to appear on the voting ballot.
We will leave nominations open for 2 weeks, and then we will vote.
This means that nominations will close on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
Voting will then be completed via a link sent to your email.
Voting will be open for approximately a week, but exact details will be included with the link.

Below is a list of the board positions with individuals who have already been verbally nominated. For more information on the responsibilities of each position, take a look at Article XI in the bylaws attached below, or reachout with your questions.
