We are now accepting nominations for the following positions:

* Vice President
* Secretary
* Treasurer
* Race Directors
* Score Keepers
* Media Directors

NOMINATION RULES

All are welcome to participate in the nomination process!

You are welcome to nominate yourself for a position, or nominate someone you think would be a great fit for the Valley OTHG Board.

All nominations must receive a second.
All nominees must accept their nomination.
Nominations will be made here on the Valley OTHG forum.

NOMINATIONS CLOSE OCTOBER 31, 2026

To make a nomination, reply to the appropriate nomination post on the forum with the person’s name and the position you are nominating them for.

We encourage everyone to get involved! Our club depends on members who are willing to volunteer their time, bring new ideas, and help make our races and events successful.
